I don't know who made up the original core camping group but every year new people come along. My first year and M's was 2004. I know some of them had been doing it for at least 10 years by then as it was Loonstock 10 in that year.

Loonstock now regularly has over 40 people, Glastonbudget this year must have been pushing that and generally a camping trip will rustle up at least 20 tent heads.

M & I are bad at camping, we don't like tent life and are a bit feeble about the cold. usually one or other of us takes ill and we have rarely completed a trip. We are considering alternatives, mainly a camper van, but it has to be something i can see out the back of and has to wait until i get the hang of driving a bit.
